Overhead line assembly wagon H41
Nordwaggon Bremen.
Length: 6420 mm. Weight: unknown. Engines: 2 x 18,5 kW. Out of order: 1982
By making reparation and placing new overhead lines, the HTM bought in 1923 a petrol-electric
vehicle with the number HTM3.
The petrol engine (brand: Faun) drived on a generator which supplied the current for the traction engines.
In 1959/1960 the wagon got a greater revision whom the petrol engine was changed by a 'Kromhout' Diesel engine.
At the same time the old electric vertical lift-bridge has changed by a hydraulic vertical lift-bridge and was
placed an air-brake installation.
Also the outward was changed from the color brown to crème with a red/white block string.
At the same time the wagon got the number H41.
One of the first mechanics of the overhead line, which learnt to drive the H41, had a surname which was 'Tinus'.
This resulted in that the wagon got the nickname'Dieseltinus'.
This name is made known to the public by means of tables on the outside of the wagon.
