The Elohim
OPERATION TERRA
(Introduction)
June, 30, 1999
IN THE BEGINNING, this planet was created with a certain destiny path in mind. Its creators (the "elohim," a group of vast, intelligent beings who combined forces to create this sector of reality) envisioned a rich environment where the planet's theme of "seeking harmony in diversity" could play out. However, there were other beings that saw an opportunity to insert themselves into the paradigm and eventually did so, so successfully that the original blueprint for the planet was essentially abrogated and converted to another agenda entirely.
Every time the elohim would project expressions of themselves into the physical plane and try to restore the original plan and agenda, the interlopers would eventually undermine their efforts and redirect the planet toward their own aims and ambitions. The world you see around you is the result of this interaction. A relatively few individuals adhere to the original standards, based on love for and responsibility toward the entire planet and its occupants, but many more individuals put their own interests above those of the whole and engage in destructively competitive behaviors that eventually harm everyone and everything.
Now, however, it is time to restore the planet to her original destiny path. The behaviors that have destroyed so much of her diversity and beauty will be put to an end. Those who can "hear" these words will save much more than themselves. They will be candidates for the opportunity to inhabit the Earth after she has risen to her glorified state, the "New Earth," Terra, and they will be active participants WITH THE PLANET in creating a "heaven" on Earth.
In a relatively short time from now, many things will begin playing out that were prophesied to occur sooner, but had been delayed so that the message for change could reach the greatest number of potential "recruits." Now, however, all must go forward in order for the planet to meet her appointment with her own destiny.
All things have a proper time. "To every thing, there is a season" is a good way to put it, and right now it is almost autumn, the time to harvest what has been sown. Each lifeform has had many thousands of years to perfect itself and to evolve to its present state. Many species are simply leaving because there is no longer support for them to remain here. Drastic action is needed now, if anything is to be preserved.
The planet does not need its lifeforms. There are many planets without anything above the mineral kingdom. It is total arrogance on the part of even the best-intentioned humans to speak of "saving the planet." The planet can get along just fine on her own. But the planet is a conscious being, and the soul of the planet made an agreement as part of its incarnation as a physical reality. It agreed to host a diversity of lifeforms, and to interact with and sustain those lifeforms in keeping with the planet's own destiny path. To this end, she has allowed much abuse of her body while patiently waiting for humans to "get" the message of what they were doing to that which sustains them.
Without Earth's water, air, and soil, there would not be any life at all. Even viruses and bacteria need water. Everything needs physical nurturance until it is able to manifest its needs directly from the underlying matrix of consciousness that supports and informs physical reality. But humans, in their blind pursuit of their own survival regardless of the cost, have inadvertently been destroying the very matrix that gives them life and sustains them. The human species has placed itself in competition with everything else on the planet--animals, plants, trees, birds, fish, and other humans--and has robbed, raped, and pillaged the very planet upon which they depend for everything.
Everything humans consume or use comes from the planet, be it food, clothing, oxygen, shelter, automobiles, or computers. All of the materials that are used to manufacture all of the goods that people use come from the planet. And yet the slaughter goes on, as the oceans are poisoned, the forests are felled, and the water is pumped out of the ground when local rainfall is not sufficient to support people's needs. Unless this is stopped, there will be nothing left, and the people will suffer a terrible, slow decline, as they fight with one another over ever-dwindling resources. Too few care. The lawmakers serve their own agendas; there is simply not enough of a force for change to matter at this late date in the process.
So now, we give you this warning and we also give you a promise. For those of you who can "hear," know that the ticket is love in your heart. By love, we do not mean the mushy, romanticized stuff of your movies and novels. By love, we mean the absence of fear, trust in the Creator, and a willingness to put one's life on the line for the truth. In a very short time now, those traits are going to be the only ones that gets one the "ticket to ride." A great wave of change is building now that will soon sweep the petty affairs of humans away, a great wave of purification and the cleansing of everything that is not in alignment with the destiny of this planet.
The elohim are here. They have incarnated as ordinary humans in order to act as lightning rods, to draw down and anchor the energy of change, and to assist in the birthing of the new age. It will be necessary to evacuate those who are destined to inhabit Terra, for the necessary cleansing will render the present body of Earth uninhabitable for a time. The evacuees will be taken in their physical bodies to another location, where they will prepare themselves for the colonization of Terra, the "New Earth." The remainder of this information will deal with the details of that process and paint a vision that those who can "hear" will be able to hold in their hearts and minds and that will help them to understand the necessity of the cleansing that is soon to take place.
Amen, Adonoy Sabayoth. We are the Hosts of Heaven.
Calm Grounded and Centered
Well, now. The time of which we have spoken is close at hand. Before that occurs, we want to give you a last reminder -- that this journey of yours is a PROCESS, not an event, and although you are reaching an important threshold, there is a journey to be made beyond that time, so please remember this and do not place yourself in a position of locked energy with regard to this "event."
We cannot emphasize too much that it is important to remain detached and to not get caught up in the drama that is unfolding all around you. The moment you engage with chaos, you get sucked into it. The moment you polarize to something you observe, you get locked into that to which you polarize. It is so important to remember -- especially at times of great dramatic impact -- that your safety lies within, that no solution that matters in the long run of things will be found outside of yourself. Your answers lie within. Even if you are not hearing "voices" or words, you do know -- in each and every moment -- what is true for you. You can access this knowing at any time. It is a feeling that you feel. Something will feel "right" or it will feel "off" or "wrong." Trust your feelings. Don't let anyone talk you out of them. It is not important that anyone else know what you feel. It is perfectly all right to keep your knowing to yourself, but don't let anyone sway you. There will be many attempts to talk you into adopting a certain attitude, but stay aligned with what you know as your own truth. You can carry it silently, but do not abandon it in order to accommodate anyone else.

Mankind of earth has been described as being of four distinct natures.
... First are the Ones of Light - These are the ones who have come to realize that life has a far greater purpose, and are searching within their own Souls for greater understanding. They are asking for greater light, and are choosing to listen to the voice of the Soul, to listen within their hearts. These are no longer willing to accept the darkness or to follow blindly, but are seeking greater Light and are reaching for greater understanding.
... Second are the Sleepers - These are the people from around the world who are basically good people, yet they are asleep. They feel no urge to search for greater understanding, for they are still content within their dreams in flesh. They believe there is a God, yet they are content with false or limited concepts... believing that only the churches or the priesthood have the power to grant them entrance into heaven. They do not yet realize that they are already ONE with the Source itself. But the call is now going forth upon the "ethers" for the sleepers to awaken. We are told that when all is said and done that many of these will awaken to the final call, and will come forth seeking greater light. Yet those who choose to keep their fingers in their ears, who choose not to awaken, will pick up where they left off, yet in another place.
... Third are the Laggards - These are the ones who have made little progress during their long sojourn here upon the earth. Throughout many embodiments in flesh they have heard none of what has been given for their upliftment. While others sought for what little light was available, these "encased" themselves within their own ignorance and unknowing, and didn't even want to hear it. These, we are told, will go into the next cycle according to their choosing, to take the course over again so to speak. Within another place and yet another time, they will begin again... and once again they will be given the opportunity to go forward in their spiritual evolution.
... Last are the traitors - These we are told are the saddest of the lot, for they are the ones who have repeatedly betrayed themselves unto the whole rest of their species. These are the ones who have repeatedly sold out their fellow man for their own power and wealth, for their own gain and glory. Time and time again they have exploited their brothers and sisters, for they care only for themselves. They are also the war mongers, the hate mongers, who have repeatedly come into embodiment time and time again to incite hatred and oppression towards their fellow man, to incite violence and bloodshed, one against the other.
In the book "The White Star of The East", we are told: - ...
"While they shall awaken in the place prepared for them, they shall have their memory blanked from them and they shall have nothing! By their bare hands shall they scratch the soil for their substance (as primitive man). They shall have no memory of their previous existence, as tho they had none. These shall be the ones which have scoffed and put aside the many warnings sent forth from the realms of Light. These are the "traitors".

Cosmic Awareness (Universal Mind)
The Light Forces from higher dimensions will be focusing their attention on Earth
There are four years in which entities can make a major contribution to the future of humanity and it is in this time period that many of the Light Forces from higher dimensions will be focussing their attention on Earth, along with many dark forces, who are at this time basking in their success of having moved so far. It does not mean that they have won the battle they have sought; it simply means that they have come extremely close and they are already celebrating. They may be celebrating too soon, for there are still many things the dark forces do not know, do not understand, cannot understand, and cannot grasp which the Light Forces are well aware of. And when it looks like the dark forces are winning, it may not be the case for there are many things in the higher regions that are not for dark forces to witness or understand.

Planet Earth, itself, is being prepared for a kind of rejuvenation
The planet Earth, itself is being prepared for a kind of rejuvenation, for this planet has been tended likened unto a garden by many entities from many systems, not only within the created realm, but also from areas of the immortal realms, and that entities from various intergalactic systems have put much energy into preparing this place to be beautiful, to be harmonious and in a balance, and these energies existed and were placed into this planet long before the modern warfare machines and greed forces gained control, and these entities do not intend to allow these greed forces and the modern competitive war machines to destroy this planet as Maldek was destroyed.
But, rather, these entities shall find that before they are given the opportunity to destroy themselves and the planet, they shall be removed from this planet and placed upon that other planet wherein they may make war upon one another to their heart's content. This Awareness indicates that the peace-loving entities of this plane, on the Earth, shall be given another opportunity, and shall be given that garden which they may enjoy and may express as a new world likened unto other worlds which exists on other planets.
Most entities do not realize that the Earth and its consciousness is likened unto an abomination to most of the other worlds in the universe, for it is so degraded in comparison to their levels of existence that it is considered likened an outcast of the universe.
There are, for example, governments on the planet Uranus which want nothing to do with the planet earth. That government on the planet Saturn are seeking to find a way in which the planet Earth may join with the other planets of the solar system.
This information may sound strange to entities who have been educated to believe that there is no life on other planets in the solar system. This Awareness does not worry or lose sleep over whether you accept this message or not. This Awareness simply tells it like it is and allow you the choice you have. For in all your intelligence, in all your science, in all of your technology, in all of your wealth and accomplishments, in all of your confidence, you still have moved yourself to the brink of annihilation, and would have been annihilated 10 years ago had it not been for outside interference.
This Awareness wishes entities to cease passing the blame and cease patting themselves on the back and begin prying their eyes open, awakening themselves and others to reality. This Awareness wishes entities to cease listening to the forked tongue of the Beast, to cease being hypnotized by the electronic programmer and the printed words and to tune into the Christ Consciousness within. This Awareness wishes entities to look toward each other and cease finding the flaw in each other's eyes and look for the Divine Light that rests behind those eyes, that you may communicate with one another as gods. This Awareness wishes entities to cease being gods of power and begin being gods of mercy and lover.

When everything else is crashing down remember that Life Force all around you
The pool of consciousness which is everywhere present, which Is this Awareness, is available for all entities to attune to during any time or anywhere they may be. This is something that may be of great importance to you in coming times when there are moments of uncertainty or confusion.
When the world around you appears to be deteriorating or falling apart, keep in mind that the one thing which is always stable is the life force in the universe, which Is this Awareness, which is everywhere present, in all thing in all places. This Awareness indicates those things that are animated which move about, are obviously expressing a life force, but there is also life force in those things that do not move.
There is life force in the vegetation, but there is also life force in rocks, in stones, in the air you breathe, in the clouds in the sky, in the space besides you, in the space around you, in the space within you. Keep in mind that all of this life force is this Awareness; that this Awareness Is within and about, and that you are always held in this Awareness, and that It is the one thing that can always and always will be stable and always present even when everything else collapses. This Awareness does not wish to imply that your world will collapse in all ways, but It does wish to give you something stable to hold onto in the event that it appears that everything else is collapsing around you.
The Battle of Armageddon is over on the Inner Plane
This Awareness indicates that you understand the Battle of Armageddon is over on the Inner Plane, that the residue of this battle is falling upon this physical plane, that the forces of evil have returned to Essence. But the army of the Ra-Ta forces* (*See Galactic Overview-A Journey in Oneness) which was sent out from the blue planet (our planet seen from other dimensions-ed.) to bring back the forces of evil, the followers of Rhyee, are still engaged as an army and this power has not been totally dissolved, that this power is coming into confrontation with its own image and shall dissolve, but that this dissolving shall create a flashpoint which shall have its effect on this plane, and there shall be many who may be caught in the holocaust of this flashpoint.
The Echo of evil
This Awareness indicates that you understand this not as evil, but rather as the aftermath of the results of evil; this may be referred to as the echo of evil. This Awareness suggests you understand these forces as being still asleep, and that they need to be awakened and informed that the Battle of Armageddon is over, for otherwise they shall continue to fight and the fight shall continue to create tragedy on this plane.
This shall take a concerted action by many to bring this message through, that at this present time there is little being done to awaken these giants who battle through their nightmare world.
